The Rollerski Shadow is a great training rollerski to maximize your skating leg speed durring the off season.  We recommend these roller skis for shorter work outs, interval training or lighter skiers. They come with 100 mm 83A urethane wheels.  They can be ordered with rubber compound wheels as well.

This roller ski works well for those approaching rollerskiing for the first time or on a budget. The excellent value is perfct for high school an colleg skiers.
